You must show ID, including a driving licence matching your home address or a recent utility bill with photo ID, and your payment card if paid in full. Only you can accept delivery or collect the car. A handover specialist will explain the car’s features, but test drives at handover are not offered. Cars come with sufficient fuel or charge, and delays will be communicated promptly.
Will I need to show ID?

✔️ Your driving licence (must match your home address)
✔️ If your driving licence doesn't show your current address, or you don't have it with you, you'll need a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days, along with a form of photo ID
✔️ If you paid in full, you'll also need your payment card
Can someone else accept delivery or collect for me?
