After your finance application is approved, you'll receive an email with your offer and must sign the agreement, upload ID and signature, and pay any deposit within three days. Use a PIN to sign electronically, and pay deposits via a secure link. Monthly payments start about a month after vehicle receipt. For changes or early settlement, contact your lender directly per your finance agreement.
When your finance application is approved
You’ll receive an email with your tailored finance offer.
✔️ Upload a valid form of ID (passport or driving licence*)
✔️ Upload a photo of your signature
✔️ Pay any required deposit
✔️ Book your vehicle delivery or collection
⚠️ Important information:
- You'll have three days to; complete your order, pay your deposit, and book your delivery or collection from your application date, not the date you place your order
- *If your application is approved by Black Horse you will need a valid UK driving licence as ID
Signing your finance agreement
✔️ Black Horse: Your PIN can be found on the Direct Debit page of your finance documents.
✔️ Evolution Funding: Your PIN will be sent to you by text message.
Paying your deposit
✔️ Check your inbox and junk folder.
✔️ Alternatively, log in to My Profile, select Your Order, and you'll find your deposit payment link there.
Understanding your monthly payments
📅 Your first monthly payment is usually taken around one month after you've received your vehicle. After that, payments will be collected monthly for the duration of your finance agreement.

Changing your Direct Debit details or payment date
If you'd like to update your bank details or discuss changing your payment date, you'll need to contact your lender directly. Their contact details can be found in your finance agreement.
Settling your finance early
If you're considering ending your finance agreement early, please contact your lender to discuss your options.
