There’s a 30-day cooling-off period for GAP insurance, which runs from the start date on your policy schedule or when you get your terms and conditions (whichever is later).
If you cancel in the cooling-off period, you’ll be refunded any payments you’ve made, as long as you haven’t made any successful claims on your policy.
You can still cancel your policy after the cooling-off period, and you'll be refunded for the period you have not received cover, less the administration fee. Any refunds or cancellation fees are subject to the terms and conditions.
