Once your claim has been reviewed, we’ll arrange to get your car checked out and repaired (if the issue is covered by your warranty).
This will happen in one of three ways:
1️⃣ Mobile van service – a mechanic will come to you at home or at work, whichever is easier for you.
2️⃣ Repair site – we’ll ask you to bring your car to a nearby repair site for diagnostics and repair.
3️⃣ Third-party garage – you’ll be given a booking with a trusted third party (e.g. Halfords) to get your car sorted.
However your car is diagnosed and repaired, you’ll get regular updates every step of the way to keep you in the loop.
