The V5 (showing you as new owner) takes 2-6 weeks to arrive to you, it comes via the post and straight from the DVLA.
As you've made the decision to return your car, we'll pick it up for free.
When we collect it and refund you for the car, we will withhold £99 until we have received the V5. Please do not hand your V5 to the driver collecting your car as it might get lost or misplaced which will delay your refund.
